Alter Solutions Germany has been a member of the Alliance for Cyber Security since 2019 and has since benefited from the expertise of the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) and the other member companies. Our operational work in our Cyber Security business unit also includes the trusted exchange of experience with other companies and institutions on topics such as attack vectors, suitable protective measures, tips on vulnerabilities, and incident handling, so that our customers also actively benefit from our membership in the Alliance for Cyber Security.

Alter Solutions Deutschland has been a member of the Bundesverband IT-Sicherheit e.V. since 2022 and has since also been allowed to use the trust seal „IT Security made in Germany“. We are entitled to use the seal because, among other things, we offer trustworthy IT security solutions, our service development takes place in Germany, and we have committed ourselves to meeting the requirements of German data protection law.

Alter Solutions Germany has signed the Diversity Charter 2020 and has also anchored diversity in its corporate values. Our goal is to create a working environment in which all employees experience the same appreciation and opportunities, regardless of nationality, ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation and identity.

ISO 9001 is part of the ISO 9000 series of standards, which relate to quality management. According to ISO 9001, a company must have a quality management (QM) system, i.e. documented and lived practices for the high-quality handling of all essential company processes.

Alter Solutions Germany has established a QM system that focuses on our two most important stakeholders „customers“ and „employees“. We attach great importance to the high-quality implementation of all processes that are directly related to these two groups, such as the measurement of customer satisfaction or the evaluation of training measures for our colleagues.

ISO 27001 is part of the ISO 27000 family of standards that relate to information security. According to ISO 27001, a company must have an Information Security Management System (ISMS), i.e. documented and lived processes for managing and handling confidential company information such as customer and personnel data, IT systems, etc.

Alter Solutions Germany has a top-notch ISMS in place. We have structured our IT infrastructure, our office security, and our operations and processes in accordance with ISO 27001 and have made data and information security a high priority in our daily operations.
